Happy Monday! The sun is shining, the sky is blue … I love Jesus and I love you! And it’s a good day for PRAISING THE LORD! Ok, so I may have that song stuck in my head a little bit. Any who, I haven’t blogged the past two weeks because we’ve been dealing with Covid in our house! Since it’s our third bout with it, I thought it would be great to share our super fun corona color wall that we did when quarantine first started back in March 2020.
Covid, covid, covid …
This covid bout started with Ben this time. All the kids were not affected, but Ben ended up with pneumonia pretty quickly after the covid positive test. He’s good about keeping up with his health, so he got checked out when he first thought something more was going on. With early intervention and a lot of rest, he recovered nicely after a couple weeks. Covid is rough, but God kept us all safe! This pandemic is sure never-ending!
Beginning of quarantine …
Anyway, we all remember March 2020 when the world shut down for covid. I happened to be about seven months pregnant at this time. I was working full-time and had Harper and Miles home from school. They were three and one at that time … eeek! We made the most out of our home time during the start of the pandemic and did a LOT of coloring!
We’d color in the morning, in the evening and in the afternoon …. And these color sheets are 18” high! They aren’t tiny coloring pages. We really put in some work!
